Modern
- Furniture that involves metal, glass, steel, or unpainted wood elements to create a sleek looking space is used. Consisting mostly of monochrome color, complemented with neutral tones and in some cases varied with bright colors in wall art or cushions. Modern is a stunning, clean look with minimal accessories and a touch of artistic flair.

Scandinavian
- Rooms are filled with minimal and sophisticated furniture. Warm wood tones and indoor plants will be used to create a light, bright space. Give your spaces a welcoming yet cozy feeling.

Contemporary
- Furniture featuring metal, stone, and glass both clear and opaque with bold furniture will be used. Featuring a soft coloring palette for heavily textured window furnishings, pillows, and rugs. Colors will be found in blankets and cleanly framed wall art. Simple well-selected accessories will be placed throughout.

Coastal
- Beautiful light and airy spaces with a nod to beach/coastal through the use of colors and accessories. Rooms will feature natural textures such as wicker, linen, and timber to create a mixed matched sense of warmth and comfort.

Traditional
- Rooms will have classic and light styling with heavy textures and pieces of furniture appropriately placed in a formal arrangement. To add balance, subtle color is used to open the space and create lightness. Velvets, richly decorative woven fabrics, cotton, silk in florals, paisleys, stripes, and plaids patterns are utilized.

Farmhouse
- Grace and charm meet practical living. Featuring a combination of plush couches, cushioned bar stools, and an overall mix of eclectic décor. Warmth is introduced into the space by weathered woods, items with rustic finishes, and complemented by colors that have a vintage or antique feel.

Urban/Industrial
- Minimal modern styling with an authentic vintage feel using contrasting and complimenting elements of new and recycled items. Comfortable couches, rugs, storage solutions are used as décor including large indoor plants. Deep colors of black, gray, and brown are visible throughout this style of staging.
