Free Photography Class Fridays: Mindfulness Through Photography
This 30-minute class teaches students mindfulness by using their cameras to focus, be present, and appreciate their surroundings. Through a discussion, guided exercises, and prompts, students will learn to be mindful of their environment, capturing those moments through the lens of a camera. The goal is to develop a deeper connection to the present moment, using photography as a tool for self-awareness and appreciation. No previous photography experience is required, as the focus is on using the camera as a means to practice mindfulness.
